Happy Holidays! 🎅 🎄
Here’s another one of my favorite holiday songs, which I actually heard this afternoon while doing some Christmas shopping. 🎅 🎄 🎁
Here’s another Christmas song to get you into the holiday spirit. Enjoy & have a great weekend! 😀 🎅 🎄
Here’s another classic Christmas song, “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” sung by the charity supergroup Band Aid, which consisted of a group of well-known British and Irish musicians and singers, including members from Duran Duran, George Michael from Wham!, members from Bananarama, Spandau Ballet, Culture Club and U2, Phil Collins, Jody Watley, Paul Young and many others.
In 1984, Band Aid was founded by singers Bob Geldof and Midge Ure in order to raise money for anti-poverty efforts in Ethiopia.
Here’s a classic song sung by Darlene Love, who first recorded “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” in 1963. 🎅 🎄
The Monkees were cool way before Run-D.M.C. sampled their hit song, in March 1988.
Thank you to The Monkees’s Michael Nesmith for writing this song 22 years earlier.
😀 ✌ ♫ ♥
Despite being busy with my multiple school projects and final exam, I’m doing my best to get into the Christmas spirit.
With that said, here’s one of my favorite Christmas songs, a classic sung by one of my favorites…The Carpenters. ♫ 🎅 🙂
My good friend/Godsister invited me to see this band perform about two years ago at a popular winery located not too far from where we grew up. I love ’80s music and at that point in time, I needed some cheering up since one of my cousins had just passed away and I wasn’t able to make it to her funeral.
Enjoy and have a great week. 🙂
