Thankful Thanksgiving

There’s so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving holiday.

I’m thankful for my family (close and extended), my friends, for having a roof over my head, my health, for having food and for many other things!

One extra thank you goes out to two very special women, who helped me with a very important task last week. All I thought I was going to receive was an answer to my question. The woman who I met and spoke with first gave me something that was supposed to help my situation. Well, it turned out that what she gave me didn’t help, so I emailed her and gave her my thanks, and told her that what she had given me didn’t work. She responded, but this time she emailed someone else in the process. She stated to let the other woman–who I’d never met before–know what exactly she wanted me to do. Well, after a day had passed and having emailed the woman twice, she responded that my situation had been resolved. All I’ll say about this is that I’m grateful for the two women who took the time to help me, because they could have just ignored me and told me that they wouldn’t be able to resolve my situation. Instead, they chose to help me. I honestly wasn’t expecting anyone to go above and beyond like they did. 🙂

For those who celebrate Thanksgiving, hope you have a blessed day!
